Nick S, Whatcom County, WAI wanted to let you know what great customer service Andrew and his partner provided this morning. Yesterday they came out to our agency to address a plumbing issue. This morning, we found a wet ceiling tile had fallen in our conference room. Not knowing if they had worked in that area I called Marvs to see if they could check out the problem. Andrew quickly discovered there were no pipes in the are of the leak and asked to check out our attic. He crawled around our HVAC unit and found the source of our problem and suggested we contact an HVAC vendor.
